I am a wife and the mother of 3 almost grown kids, 22, 19, and 16.  I came up with the idea for EZ Bouquet when I was trying to make a floral arrangement for a party I was having.  I became frustrated with the floral foam and couldn't make the flowers look the way I wanted them to.  A visual picture came into my mind of a cage that could hold the flowers in a vase where you placed them.  After a few years of designing and refining I had a prototype made and by chance saw a promo on TV for Oprah's Next Big Idea.  The next thing I knew I was in LA auditioning for QVC who partnered with Oprah for this show.  EZ Bouquet was chosen as 1 of 8 out of 6000 applicants to my amazement and surprise!  The rest is history, although EZ Bouquet is a continual work in progress as I have worked to get it accepted and recognized.  The packaging is in the process of being revamped to be more user friendly and communicate more clearly what the product is and does.  A new item coming soon is Posy Pots , which is a biodegradable pot and will be sold with an EZ Bouquet for an inexpensive and chic gift or accent in the home.
