There are so many misconceptions out there about celebrity giftings. The general thinking is you send your product into a company, they in turn send it to this celebrity, you've paid for the product and you've paid just to send it to the company who sends it to the celebrity; this all equals huge success for your company and product! Very wrong indeed. A lot of companies do not take photos, either professional or otherwise. There is no posting on blogs, FB, Twitter, etc. There is no follow-up. There is no SEO. There is no PR. Not all companies are like that. I have had the pleasure of working with several for different reasons. Mommyperks/Womentorz are amazing if you think about what they all do-you can not even get a good press release written for $97 anymore! I say try. See what comes about-for all they do, it is well worth the money spent. Also remember the celebrity you are gifting. If they are recluses, you won't see your product! "
